Your family’s privacy is important to us. Once your project is complete, you’ll receive a private folder containing the photos and videos you provided, along with the AI-generated images and videos created for your project.
After you’ve confirmed receipt and any agreed support period has ended, we delete your project files from the systems we control.
Some files may be processed by third-party AI services, which have their own data retention policies. For complete details on how your family’s images are handled, stored, and deleted, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
