We do not publicly publish or use images of minors in our website, portfolio, advertising or social channels without explicit written permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Submitted material is used only to provide the service requested, subject to the permissions you give us and our retention practices.
Project-only use
Images and production materials depicting people under 18 are used only for the agreed production and handled according to our retention procedures.
No unrelated reuse
We do not retain children’s images for future creative projects, model development, promotions, advertising or unrelated productions.
Parents remain in control
A parent or guardian chooses what to submit, confirms personalization and receives the finished project. Fundraising partners never provide student data.
Limit what you share. Avoid addresses, school schedules, identification, health information and other unnecessary sensitive details.
